Prices
Prices are per apartment per night, excluding tourist tax + excluding final cleaning charge. Based on a minimum stay of 5 nights in Winter and 4 nights in Summer.
There is a short stay surcharge of 15% for bookings 1-4 nights in Winter and 1-3 nights in Summer.
The tourist tax or visitors tax, is not included in the price and is a local government charge. This tax is due for persons ≥ 15 years of age, according to year of birth, at Euro 5,- per person and night.
The final cleaning is not included in the price and is charged for a 1-7 nights stay at Euro 135,- extra for Top 1 + 2. For Top 3 + 4 at Euro 90,- extra and the annexe Landhaus Raffl at Euro 165,- additionally.
Our apartments are strictly non-smoking.
No pets allowed.
Extra bed in Top 1 or 3 on request, surcharge Euro 35,- per night excluding tourist tax.
Baby travel cot for children 0-2 years on request, free of charge.
Check-in from 5 pm. Kindly inform us of your expected time of arrival.
Check Out by 9.30 am at the latest. You would like to depart later? Contact us to allocate a luggage storage space for you, but please clear the apartment at the latest by 9.30 am.
Deposit and Payment Methods
A 70% deposit (minimum 600 Euro) is required for your reservation to be binding. We ask that the deposit be transferred to us within three working days otherwise your requested dates could be booked by another client.
The remaining amount should be paid a month before you are due to arrive via bank transfer. If the reservation is for a stay within a month, then the full amount is payable at the time of the booking.
Subject to prior agreement, cash payment or payment via debit card options are also available.
Cancellation Policy
In general, our house applies to the General Terms and Conditions of business for the Austrian Hotel Industry AGBH 2006 with modification of the cancellation policy §5 Chap. §5.5 and §5.6.
We do of course hope that you will be able to enjoy your holiday as planned. If however something does happen to cause a change to your plans, then the following Cancellation policies apply.
Key points:
There is no refund in the event of a late arrival or an early departure, i.e. the full period originally booked will be charged.

60 days up to 14 days prior to your arrival: a fee of 50% of the booking amount applies
14 days up to 1 day prior arrival: a fee of 80% of the booking amount applies

We recommend that you take out a travel insurance.
In case of dispute, venue of jurisdiction for all claims & suits concerning the contractual relationship is Landeck for both parties.
We value relaxation in the apartment building, which is why we ask that any noise be kept to a minimum, after 10pm.
We do not accept party/group, hen or stag party bookings, neither more than 1 apartment online reservation without prior contact and remain the right to cancel such.
