Top 3 is small, yet perfectly designed, and is ideal for a couple, but could also accommodate 3 people. A snug lounge, bedroom, a fully functional kitchenette, and bathroom are among the apartment facilities. This apartment is accessible via a separate entrance from Top1+2 and is perfect for combining with the adjacent Top 4 apartment to cater for a larger group
While this apartment does not have a panoramic view, it exudes tranquillity and peacefulness. It is the ideal retreat for our sports-oriented couples to unwind after a big day on the mountains.

- One bedroom with a double bed and wardrobes
- Lounge with comfy chairs and a dining table
- Ample natural light, but limited views, from the bedroom and lounge windows
- Smart TV, with cable TV & radio channels, free Wi-Fi
- A safe with electronic locking
- Fully equipped kitchenette, comprising microwave, dishwasher, ceramic stove top with 4 cooking zones, refrigerator, coffee filter or espresso machine, kettle, cooking utensils, and crockery
- Bathroom with shower, WC, and hairdryer
- The extra bed for the 3rd person is prepared in the living room (instead of comfy chairs)
- Ski storage area and ski boot dryer in the secured entry lobby
- Separate house entrance from Top 1+2, with an entry lobby shared with the adjacent Top 4 apartment
